but where are you finding these links?

Yes. In the boxes "Installation Packages" and "Upgrade Packages".
All those links are going to the rc1 versions.
Only if I change those destination-links manual by replacing rc1 again rc2 I can download the 'right' rc2-versions. Means the files are there, but the links are wrong.
