Summary of Changes

When displaying a menu item of type contact "List Newsfeeds in a Category" you have the option to display the main category description and image but only the subcategory description.

This adds the option to display the subcategory image as well. The default is Hide so it will not impact any existing sites

This is the same as #48106 but for com_contact

Testing Instructions

Note the language strings are not included in this PR as they are already created with #48196

Create a parent category with a description and image
Create one or more child categories with description and image
Create a menu item of type newsfeed category list and set it to display the subcategories and the subcategory description etc as per the screenshot

the layout sucks but its really beyond the scope of this PR - I dont know why the layouts are not consistent across the components - they should be
