This is a continuation of #48196 but this time for the category blog menu type

This PR requires the changes from #48196 now merged
The test instructions are the same but this time for a menu item type of Category Blog instaed of List

Works - but it seems that setting the option to "Use Global" is not saved.
I have removed the default setting from the xml as @drmenzelit pointed out it cant be used when you have useglobal and changed the childparams as requested by @joomdonation

I tested both:
- Menu Item Type = Category Blog
- Menu Item Type = Category List
With «Menu Item Type = Category Blog» it works.
With «Menu Item Type = Category List» there is an issue:
- Open the menu item of the type «Category List»
- Open the tab «Category»
- Set the option «Subcategories Image» to «Use Global (Show)»
- Click «Save»
- The option «Subcategories Image» automatically switches to «Hide»
