[#48189] - TinyMCE Bosnian language files are removed during update to Joomla 6.1.2 and "Reinstall Core Files"

The following TinyMCE language files are removed after upgrading to Joomla 6.1.2:
- media/vendor/tinymce/langs/bs.js
- media/vendor/tinymce/langs/bs.min.js
- media/vendor/tinymce/langs/bs.min.js.gz
The same files are also removed when using System → Update Joomla → Reinstall Core Files.
However, all three files are present in the official Joomla 6.1.2 Full Package.
Steps to reproduce
- Start with a working Joomla installation.
- Upgrade to Joomla 6.1.2.
- Check media/vendor/tinymce/langs/.
- The Bosnian language files listed above are missing.
- Alternatively, copy the files back from the official Joomla 6.1.2 Full Package.
- Run System → Update Joomla → Reinstall Core Files.
- The files are removed again.

This has already been fixed with PR #48081 , which will be included in the next release 6.1.3.
