What happened?
I noticed with #48138 and #48137 that they werent getting the npm label
I am assuming that the action to add the labels needs to be updated with the change to /media_source from /build/media_source

PR created joomla/jissues#1340
Possibly something to be reported here https://github.com/joomla/jissues as I think it's the issue tracker setting these kinds of labels ("Language Change", "Composer Dependency Changed", "NPM Resource Changed", ...).
