Patch Worked. with MySQL and MSSQL environment.
Step to Test.
- go to Extensions->Modules Manager
- Click edit any modules
you will see error
After apply patch.
Click edit modules again.

Can you explain how to test this please - what will you see before the patch and what will you see after.
It wont get tested otherwise
