What happened?

I noticed there is updates folder in the root of the site (Joomla 6.1).

I may suppose this folder is better to deny from indexing via robots.txt.

Version

6.1

Expected result

Add a new line to robots.txt:
Disallow: /updates/

Actual result

Updates folder is available for crawlers.

Additional Comments

It is not an issue, but a little improvement, I guess.

@Sulpher I can't see an "updates" folder when installing or upgrading Joomla to version 6.1

Ok, got it. Thank you. Yes, I see there are xml files of 3rd party extensions. I am closing this issue since there is no issue.
