What happened?

1.Openign new article page throws this error :

An error has occurred.
0 There is no "tinymce" asset of a "script" type in the registry.

The page should load normally.

Actual result

The page throws the above error.

Additional Comments

The issue was reproduced on:

A clean joomla cms 6.2-dev checkout
A separate joomla academy ajaxified backend working copy

and Copying (media_source/plg_editors_tinymce/joomla.asset.json) to (media/plg_editors_tinymce/joomla.asset.json) solved the issue for me in both the cases.
