What happened?

In the Backend, the buttons in the Notifications Module are becoming Red when leaving the homepage for those which have not finished their checks

Expected result

It is pure design without any technical consequence.
But it gives a bad feeling everytime you leave the backend's homepage and plenty of buttons are becoming red.
I know what it is, I know it does not mean anything negative... but for end-users for example it gives the false impression that something is wrong.

Actual result

Here is an example of what you get when you click on anything in the backend before the buttons in the Notifications Module have finished their checks:

"Issue" is still there in version released yesterday, ie J6.1.1
