Pull Request resolves #47842
- I read the Generative AI policy and my contribution is either not created with the help of AI or is compatible with the policy and GNU/GPL 2 or later.
Summary of Changes
These tags were never in the English source, they came in through a translation update (#35098).
So PR removes the tags from the five German installer fils (de-DE, de-AT, de-CH, de-LI, de-LU) so the string is plain text and matches the English source and other translations.

@krishnagandhicode @muhme @brianteeman fyi we don't use Crowdin for the German packages. I've created a pull request for this in the relevant repository joomlagerman/joomla#3769.
