Summary of Changes
Remove onchange="document.adminForm.submit();" from filter input field.

✅ Final test before merge with JBT
- Seen the problem in the frontend before, with clicking outside the filter input field forces the filter to be searched, e.g.
- List Contacts in a Category
- Category Lists
- Archived Articles
- List All Tags
- Applied PR with Patch Tester
- For the four samples
- Clicking outside the filter input field doesn't forces the filter to be searched
- Search is still working with Filter button, Clear button is still working
