User tests: Successful: Unsuccessful:
is meant to wrap floated elements, not follow them.
This is a fix for the protostar template but there are still many more cases of this throughout joomla.

Fixed with eclipse.
Removed the fix for components as it could cause backward-compatibility issues for older templates.
Rebased to the latest master.
I suppose Protostar will need to override any component templates that use the old clearfix.
