[#47526] - [6.1 RC2] Error with debug plugin 'Query Explain' = Show

in Joomla 6.1 RC1 and RC2 and RC3

  1. enable in global config: System > Debug System = Yes
  2. in plugin debug > set Query Explains = Show
  3. return to Joomla Home Dashboard

All ajax calls now fail with error 500, see attached image

perhaps #46862 is relevant here.

If i revert the changes made to plugins/system/fields/services/provider.php i.e debug plugin is no longer lazy loaded then this bug disappears.

another observation is that i am only able to reproduce this issue while using php 8.5 and not php 8.3
