Updated the language string in com_tags to ensure consistency with com_content.
- Changed "Links and Images" → "Images and Links"

- Go to Administrator panel
- Navigate to Global Configuration → Articles → Editing Layout
- Compare wording with Tags component
- Verify that both now use "Images and Links"
