What happened?
If the com_contenthistory component is disabled, The frontend editing shows the Version button.

No Versions button when the component is disabled.

Probably only the param for "use versioning" is checked but not if the component is enabled or not.

side issue but i would also exoect it not to be displayed if the vversionable plugin was disabled BUT then i discovered that versioning still happens even without the plugin
