What happened?

1. When I enable passkey for my user profile in the admin backend and
2. in user options, Multi-factor authentication,
3. set Multi-factor Authentication after silent login to No and
4. Silent login authentication response types (for experts) to cookie, passwordless

I am still asked for verification code.
