A cool solution would be to show the AI policy check at the top of the PR when it is created and then move it to the bottom when saving if it has been checked. If not checked it remains at the top.
@bembelimen Do you know if that would be possible?

i'm over on this
I have no problem here on my iPhone with the AI check at the top. The PR title is still readable. For the summary of changes it needs to scroll a bit down, but b sides that no issue.
So I don’t really see the need to move the AI check down.
@alikon Could you provide a screenshot which shows your issue? And besides that, please check the check box for your PR, it is not there for nothing.
