A 404 issue was reported for a link in the README.txt here: ([jdocs] Installation instructions missing for 5.3.3

I would like to work on this issue.
I will update the outdated documentation links in README.txt for both the 5.4-dev and 6.1-dev branches to use guide.joomla.org as suggested.
