[#47238] - Firefox 148.0 indefinite TinyMCE refresh

Steps to reproduce the issue
In Firefox 148.0 TinyMCE keeps on refreshing indefinitely, loading the stylesheets over and over again, making it impossible to edit anything.
I was alerted to it by one of our Content Editors and get the same after updating to Firefox 148.0 - tested it on 3 machines and it's the same everywhere. See https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/49862681?key=6fc27dcc5474bab27adca0eff406a926

Firefox 148.0 and Joomla 5.4.3
Additional comments
Not sure, if that's a Firefox Issue or an Issue with the TinyMCE implementation.

The issue (TinyMCE editor flickering and content loading indefinitely, making article editing impossible) also:
- Occurs in current Joomla versions 5.4.3 and 6.0.3, and also in older versions such as 4.4.14
- Was observed in Firefox 148 on macOS (Apple Silicon and Intel), Windows 11 and Ubuntu 24.04
- Also occurs in Firefox Developer Edition 149.0b1

I confirm that the problem also exists on Joomla version 4.4.14 and Firefox version 148.0.0, PC with Windows 11.
I confirm this also happen on my side. Using Joomla 6.0.3 and Firefox 148.0.2

We are aware of the issue and it has been fixed for the next release Joomla 5.4.4
