Using 3.3.6 I don't get two tabs

I confirm I can see the two Images tab:

I now see another similar issue: 2 tabs with associations in article->edit (multilanguage on with assoc)

I cant see it with clean installs of 3.3.6 and 3.4.dev

OK so this is 100% something in staging ONLY and not in current 3.3.6 release or in 3.4 dev

I am going to close this AND the other related item and then if you can try and track where the error has come from we can deal with that on a NEW issue

Reopening, @roland-d also can reproduce it in current Staging.

is not in 3.3.6 we know, is only in staging but still needs to be fix.

Found the problem #4284 needs to be reverted
