This PR is to basically remove all the Selenium Code that is no longer maintained, Selenium RC is going to die soon and we do not need any of these tests.

This tests were created by Ian, Andrew, Sam and Louis in 2010, but they were eventually overwritten by Mark using Selenium Webdriver in 2012. We were keeping them for historical purposes, but since we are tracking all with git there is no need of keeping them anymore. We can always check in git history instead.
