Summary of Changes
Documentation Wiki page on the help dashboard changed to Documentation for Joomla Users and now points to guide.joomla.org
Various links that went to non-help page links on the docs site have been updated to the equivalent page on the guide site
There are some links that have not been updated yuet as the corresponding pages have not been created and this is tracked #46823
Testing Instructions
Apply PR and check the documentation link on the help dashboard AND check a random selection of more info buttons on empty state pages. They all should go to the new guide site BUT if it still goes to the old docs site check to ensure that exception is listed at #46823

I performed the check before installing the patch. Then I installed the patch. The URL was successfully changed from docs.joomla.org to guide.joomla.org (after I installed the patch).

@HLeithner What do you recomment I do with these, They are the only place in the CMS that we have @link to our own site BUT none of them exist - they are all 404. Should I just remove the link or is there somewhere else that I should point the link to?

If you make an issue of links that still have to be updated, then those links can be adjusted in a seperate PR and this PR can be merged.
About half of that list under "Links that need to be updated/created and NOT changed in this PR" are links to Help Pages and can simply be altered to the equivalent links via the proxy server (help.joomla.org). And the other half are pages that have to be moved to the User Guide (or are already moved but not yet published).
