The main bug is already fixed by this RTC PR #46689. For specific view such as Banners, Articles... which you change in this PR, filter form need to be available for it to work, otherwise, there would be error in multiple places. If we really need to prevent fatal error in case the filter form field is deleted for some reasons, maybe we can throw RuntimeException, but I'm unsure if it worth to spend time to check that all in views. With that said, I suggest close this PR.
