[#46636] - Check Overrides drop-down is deactivated when items on the list are checked in 6.0.2

I had four overrides in a template. After updating to 6.0.2, I went to view the overrides needing review, ticked the boxes for the four overrides that need to be checked. Then, I intended to click the "Check Overrides" button to display the drop-down with actions.
Expected result is that I could then click the "Check Overrides" button and see the options in the drop-down for actions I can take.
Actual result is that I cannot click the "Check Overrides" button as it is deactivated.
This works as expected in 5.4.2.

I can confirm the error.

I have also seen this behavior on one of my sites, but didn't really check the reason.

If you click the checkbox above it, it will work.
But that is definitely not the desired behaviour. Thank you for reporting it @bayareajenn
