Summary of Changes

Added a new feature that allows date filtering in the popular articles module ( ie shows the most popular articles created/modified/published within a user defined timeframe )

Date filtering can be set to:

1. Off ( works the same it used to before, ie no date filtering )
2. Date range: user can select, start date and end date between
3. Relative date: user can select how many days relative to the present day
   And the popular articles within this time frame will be displayed

Testing Instructions

go to administrator modules -> popular articles and youll see a date filtering option. It has a dropdown containing 3 options namely off, date range and relative date. Try these out.
