Steps to reproduce the issue

Install Joomla 6 in a local environment.
Go to the Joomla Update: Options page and try enabling the Automated Update option.
You'll get an error because the site is in a local environment, and for this option to work, it must be online.

Now go to the Post-installation Messages for Joomla page. Try activating the specified functionality there. The message will disappear temporarily (while the option is enabled), but the option will be activated. No errors. This won't work; the option description says something completely different.

I still expect that when we click this button on the local site we will get the same error.
