Summary of Changes
Changes the target version for the deprecation removals to 7.0. Made it for the branch 5.4, to be in sync then with 6.x. But can be redone for 6.0-dev when RM's decide to not add it in 5.x.
It was a search and replace, so I might have missed some.
Testing Instructions
Check the deprecation changes in the pr if they are correct. No code should be touched.

instead of blind changes maybe it would be good to take the opportunity to decide if the deprecations are actually desired
This is out of scope of this pr. But it will be discussed on the next maintainer meeting, putting it into draft, to reduce the noise.
