[#46333] - [6.0] Backend: Cannot reorder Featured Articles (Content → Articles → Featured)

In the backend under Content → Articles → Featured, the ordering (sorting) of featured articles does not work.
How to test: Log in to the Joomla backend.
Go to Content → Articles → Featured.
Click the “Ordering” column header enable ordering mode.
Try to reorder the featured articles via drag & drop
Actual result:
- The featured articles cannot be moved.
- The order does not change or save.
The drag & drop handle is visible, but reordering has no effect.

I can move and also move within a category, but I find it easier to move down than up and get intermittent issues with moving to the top spot but not the other way

Thats unrelated to this specific issue and relates to all drag and drop ordering

It works but ONLY within the category which unfortunately is epxected behaviour since the change to remove the specific featured articles code and to rely on a filter instead
In Joomla 5 you could sort the order of featured articles independent of the category
