Pull Request for Issue #38689 .
Summary of Changes
Simplifies the language string. Most core categories are jerror but an extension might be setting its own and you could use it here. The current database examples are no longer valid.

Its only a language string so code review should be enough

Thank you @brianteeman for your contribution.
I was curious how the custom logging works and tested it. Currently categories like
mailandupdaterwork. And for me it is also ok to remove the examples.
