Summary of Changes

This pull request (PR) updates the filesystem framework dependency from version 4.0.0 to version 4.1.0 in the 6.0-dev branch.

This update contains 2 changes:

• Bug fix joomla-framework/filesystem#78 for issue #45905
• B/c enhancement joomla-framework/filesystem#79

The latter makes it easier for 3rd party extension developers to migrate from the CMS library to the framework.
