Pull Request for Issue #45897

Summary of Changes

The missing "successful download" log row is written, attempts are marked in the logs as such.

Testing Instructions

  • Prepare a publicly accessible Joomla 5.4 installation
  • Apply the patch
  • Allow auto updates for your test site by following the instructions in #45540
  • Wait until your site is auto-updated
