Summary of Changes
To reflect the possibility to sort menus in backend introduce in #38149 it would make sense to use this ordering in the CMS where it's needed.
Testing Instructions
- Create a new menu item, check if menu (not the menu item) select is ordered by ordering now
- Create a menu module check if the menu select is ordered by ordering now
- In the module menu select tab, check that the order is now ordered by ordering
Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request
The menu is ordered by title alphabetically
