The icon to the phpdebugbar settings is missing
This is presumably because we do not load the icon font from debugbar but use our own and the css doesnt match
It should look like this

Thanks @travisrisner its because we're not using the modified fontawesome from phpdebugbar. Might be easier if we did than trying to fix all of this

Please re-open as this is not resolved by the PR
@brianteeman Wouldn't it be better to create a new issue for it?
It also seems like a group of icons may be missing on the left side when the viewport shrinks to mobile size and the text is hidden.
