@Bodge-IT Please fix the PHPCS error. For this, remove line 16 with the obsolete use Joomla\CMS\Factory; statement from file administrator/modules/mod_menu/src/Menu/CssMenu.php .
I can't make a change suggestion here as it's outside the scope of the code changes shown on GitHub.
It seems that line is a result from conflicts resolution during your upmerge as it has already been removed in 5.4-dev.
P.S.: If you want I can make the fix and push it to your branch.
