Currently you cannot
-restrict with wild cards the allowed domains(to allow only domains who require a phone verification for example)
-disallow immediate form resubmissions

Describe the solution you'd like

1° Provide the same domain restriction feature as for com_users
2° Have an option to disallow an Ip who has just submitted x number of forms to wait x amount of time before submitting another form.

Additional context

Other than that com_contact is really a great core feature for joomla so thank you to the team who put effort into it to set it up.
It is true that you can use 3rd party to improve its security but many people won't do that I think as this is a core feature.
