Yes. When attempting to edit a larger image (e.g., 5 MB) over a slower network connection (such as "Good 3G"), clicking the Edit button in the Media Manager results in a frozen-looking UI for about 30 seconds. There is no indication that the image is loading, which may confuse users or make them think something is broken.

A progress bar should appear immediately after clicking Edit, to give users visual feedback that something is happening.
