Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to System dashboard => Install =>Languages

  2. Click Install button of any language

Expected result

Lanuage installed successfully.

Actual result

Unable to install.

Joomla 5.3.0 rc1
php 8.4.5
mysql 8.1

Thank you for the report

This is a known behaviour at this time as the language file server is not yet aware of the new 5.3 release.

This will be resolved by @tecpromotion by the time of the actual release of 5.3
