Added Featured and Stage fields to the filter options.
Aligned frontend filter fields for consistency.
Improved UI consistency by making frontend filter fields visually identical.
Navigate to: your.domain/index.php?option=com_content&view=form&layout=edit
Select Article as the Menu Item Type.
A modal window with articles will open.
Verify filter fields in both frontend and backend:
Ensure the Featured and Stage fields are present.
Test different filter combinations and verify that they return correct results.

I will repeat what I have said before and then someone can make a decision
Adding a filter to something that is not displayed is more confusing than it is helpful
OK. So In frontend and backend there should be only these filters : status,cateogry,Access or we gotta add columns

You added a language string JOPTION_SELECT_FEATURED but in the xml you used a different string that does not exist COM_CONTENT_SELECT_FEATURED
