Summary of Changes

Fixed an issue where the "Name" and "Actions" table headers in the user profile section were not visible in Light Mode.

Updated _com_users.scss to apply a contrasting text color (var(--bs-body-color)) to ensure visibility.
Testing Instructions
-
Switch to Light Mode in Joomla Administrator.

Navigate to Users > Manage > Edit User Profile.

Check if the "Name" and "Actions" table headers are visible and readable.
Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request
The "Name" and "Actions" headers had the same color as the background, making them invisible in Light Mode.
Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request
The "Name" and "Actions" headers are now clearly visible with sufficient contrast against the background.
