[#45113] - UI Bug: "Media" Text Overlapping in Joomla Admin Panel on Medium Screen Sizes

Steps to reproduce the issue
- Open the Joomla Admin Panel.
- Navigate to Media Manager.
- Reduce the browser window width gradually.
- Observe that between 1049px - 1141px, the "Media" text (top left) gets overlapped by elements such as:
-- "Take a Tour"
-- "Post Installation Messages"
-- "Chirag's Joomla Site" (site title)
-- User Menu
Expected result
The "Media" text should remain clearly visible and not be overridden by other UI elements. The layout should adjust properly to prevent overlap.
Actual result
At certain screen widths (1049px - 1141px), the "Media" text becomes hidden behind other UI elements, making it difficult to navigate.
Possible Fix
Adjust CSS styles or flex properties to ensure proper responsiveness and spacing for UI elements in the affected width range.
Additional comments
I have attached a image demonstration showing the issue in action.
I would like to fix this issue myself after it gets confirmed. Please let me know if any further details are required.

Thank you for reviewing my issue. I appreciate the clarification that this bug is a duplicate of #40450
I apologize for the oversight—I wasn't aware that this issue had already been reported. My goal is to actively contribute to Joomla by identifying and fixing bugs, and this was part of my learning process.
I’m eager to continue exploring the codebase and will make sure to check existing issues more thoroughly before reporting next time.
