Steps to reproduce the issue
I was updating the system everything froze for awhile I closed the tab, tried to open the site again and it showed me an error
Sorry, your PHP version is not supported
Your host needs to use PHP version 8.1.0 or newer to run this version of Joomla!
I can't update PHP or anything, can't lon in. I have only login and password for the site's admin panel. I was trying to change phone number on the site and then started updating process for some reason. Please help

Not sure how you run the update, but if your PHP version is not supported, you should not be allowed to update
In this case, the best thing you can do is contact your hosting provider support, ask them to restore your site from the most recent back-up. Nothing we can help here, sorry
