[#45012] - Media manager has non responsive design

Steps to reproduce the issue
Open media manager in Browser with small window width, less than 1200px (kind of laptop mode)
Expected result
Media manager looks good
Actual result
Media manager looks broken.
The folders navigation is off (thing getting worse when site have multiple adapters installed).
Tile style looks good only for screen sizes more than ~1200.
Table style looks good only for screen sizes more than ~1440.
Tile style in window smaller than ~1200
Table style in window smaller than ~1440
System information (as much as possible)
Any joomla >4.0

Actually I tested the media manager on a smaller screen width (like ~500px), and it now appears to display correctly. The folder navigation, icons, and layout tile seems proper. However, since the issue is still open, can we confirm is issue still there ? Would love to know if any specific scenarios still cause the UI to break
