Steps to reproduce the issue

Joomla 5.3.0 beta1
PHP 8.4
Enable error_reporting to default in configuration.php
Log in administration
Install any extension that uses a changelog file (CG Isotope for example)
Go to System menu, manage group, Extensions menu
Click on extension version blue button

Expected result

Changelog file is displayed
