Pull Request for Issue #44984.

Summary of Changes

I changed the color codes in the mailtemplate to have the same design in Outlook as in other mail programms (like Thunderbird).

Testing Instructions

  1. Go to System - Mail Templates
  2. Open the Options
  3. for the field "Mail Format" choose "HTML" or "both", Save
  4. Send an email through Joomla (i.e. forgot password or Test Mail configuration in global configuration)
  5. Read mail with MS Outlook

Login with your github-account and

  1. click button "Test this"
  2. mark "Tested successfully"
  3. click button "Submit test result".
test-pr-submit

Now the test count as successfull.
