I am having the same issue (when duplicating one module). This has happened various times over the last few days, even with J5.2.5. The module does get duplicated and seems to cause no problems.

Do I need to open a New Issue?

Hi @alikon, the error occurs with 5.2.6 (as seen in screenshot). I have pasted details. Can this issue be reopened or should I open a new one?

Thanks!

then open a new one , maybe add details about templates/ 3rd part extensions
that may help others to reproduce it
