[#44803] - [com_users] frontend login: "Forgot yout password?" link only works on the second click

Steps to reproduce the issue
Open the user login page in the frontend.
Expected result
Click on "Forgot yout password?" link opens the corresponding page.
Actual result
The warning "Please fill in this field" text displayed above the input field. A second click opens the page.
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla 5.2.3
Template cassiopeia
Additional comments
If i comment out ->useScript('form.validate'); in default_login.php it works.

Can't confirm on a default installation via launch.joomla.org.Sorry, just realised its not about the module but the menu item type
