I want to disable tour guide plugin using cli command. Joomla has cli command to remove extension but not disable.
php cli/joomla.php extension:remove 236

While removing the extension got an error

[ERROR] The extension "plg_system_guidedtours" (ID 236) is locked and cannot be uninstalled.     

Describe the solution you'd like

Cli command to unlock extension or disable extension could be much help
