Unfortunately it is not correct English o not such a simple change.
PLEASE PLEASE dont commit changes to english without at least one native speaker checking it!!!
I know the rule is AN when followed by a vowel BUT in this case because the sound is you-arr-el it is not a vowel so it should be A URL. If it was pronounce to sound like hurl then it would be correct to say AN but we say you-arr-el so it is not.
