Often it's quite nice to have the possibility to add a div to the module headertag instead to H-tags or paragraphs.

This worked fine for me on 3.3.4 with Prostar, except the chrome in the base templates ignores the option you choose mostly as its start h3 so could do with those upgraded, but that is a broader issue

Some of it should already be fixed in 3.4-dev. I did a PR to support more of those parameters a while ago. See #3760

@Bakual That looks good, I have been updating my own chrome file for templates since 3 so will be nice to have those ones fixed. Even turning the title of the module on and off was not working on all chrome before. Thanks
