In 5.1 select any Help button
Or this URL as an example:

Expected result
A Help screen
Actual result
A 404

I would like to see the proxy changed so that all versions of 5.x fetch the same content.

This is no longer an issue in v5.1rc.

yes it is still an issue.
two different problems here.
- proxy on the help server needs updating
- php build/helpToc.php needs to be run to update the index
Both of these are always missed on new releases
Only the proxy has been done
